The Ugly Duckling Charity is a small charity led by a part-time CEO, a group of trustees and a team of dedicated volunteers. In addition to our internal team, the charity also has some associates and partners who assist us in the development of our resources and facilitate our initiatives in various locations across the UK at different times.
