Courses

We have a number of courses that create space to explore how to live well and support people’s well-being. Resolve is a four-session course that explores how to make meaningful, lasting change in our lives. The Happiness Lab looks at different components of what makes us truly happy, and provides practical help for people to live well.

Table Talk

Table Talk is a range of conversation card decks that help people talk about the big and not-so-big questions of life. Table Talk helps to strengthen relationships, as well as an easier and more natural way to have deeper conversations. There are no right or wrong answers, everyone can share their views — or ask their own questions!
